get out of the contract.

I have an issue with billing. I upgraded to 50GB per month on August 28th. Today I received an email saying I’m maxed out at 12GB with 24 days in my billing cycle. I’m so frustrated and unhappy with the service. If it isn’t improved today, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have heard it’s possible to get out of the contract.

Have you called Viasat to have them look into your issue?
