Did you receive an email telling you to refrain from using the Google servers? Unless you received that email, your email may not be enabled yet. Other than that, your email configuration has to be performed on your end. Try customer service 1-855-463-9333 and maybe they can talk you through it.
Hello Talbot, it sounds like your email client is still trying to pull from google. if you go to go.wildblue.net and see a completely different non-gmail layout then you'll be migrated and the email settings have to be changed manually (I found removing the wildblue/exede account from the platform like in outlook and just starting fresh to be much more easier than trying to edit everything.) Our site has instructions but we also have our customer service team walking customers through this process at the number JEP suggested.
