I called exede about services I was told to even setup an order that my credit card would have to be given for prior Auth but that was it and that the 60 dollars would be returned to the card after 48 hours, I asked then if my card would be kept on file or autopay or charged in the future I was told no. My Tech came out and setup the install after rescheduling 3 times, He got there and got to work I wasn't given the Customer agreement in advance to review or anything in fact I was never given nor did I sign the customer agreement, The Tech created my online account for me without my request. Then 3 days after my install my card was charged automatically turns out it was kept on auto pay. I called in and they said well sir its in the customer agreement that you signed. I said i didn't sign it evidently my tech did, that if I had seen that my card was going to be kept on file that I would have refused services at that point. My sister had been a victim of Identity theft and I just don't use autopay. After several rude supervisors I finally got one that was like I'm going to escalate the issue for investigation the tech shouldn't have signed your contract etc . At this point I just said I wanted the stuff out and since I hadn't signed anything I wasn't going to be held to a ETF. Well the supe said I understand that but please wait till after the investigation. I said fine because she assured me she would follow up with me and keep in touch, GUESS WHAT didn't happen so now Im on the phone the rep says i can disco your stuff but you have to pay ETF I said NO I DON"T get me a sup I was hung up on. I'm five seconds from calling my lawyer if this doesn't get taken care of. JUST CALLED BACK IN and was hung up on again before the agent even greated me

They got you on the lawyer business too. You signed that right away with that agreement you didn't sign. Wicked company.

After finally getting through I got this taken care of. After many calls to a supervisor a wonderful agent took care of my problem got permission to waive etfs and provided me with her agent id and the waiver ticket number assuring me that it us taken care of sent my boxes to return equipment and disco my account. If this individual had spoke to me sooner I. Still would have cancelled but I wouldn't have had bad words to say about exede. With that being said the agent was amazing the supervisors should learn from her.
