Multiple credit cards

I have two accounts at two different locations. For over a year they have been charging three different credit cards for services. They now owe me a refund of more than $2400!!! Spent three hours on phone on Jan 6 and thought issue was resolved. Have received no refund, been on phone for over an hour today and receiving conflicting information and says they may not be able to refund. Ridiculous and on top of that my service is slow at both locations. Beyond frustrated. All I know is that I am out over $5000 and have had terrible internet service!!!!

You might consider calling you credit card company.
