I have been a customer for about three years and I even got my mom to switch to Exede. We literally live 50ft apart and we have the exact same package and she has faster internet than me!!! I also have a phone through Exede that only works half the time. I pay $107 a month and it's pretty ridiculous that it doesn't work half the time. My internet is always going out for no reason. I have called to have someone come to my house and help me situate the equipment to a better place,(due to heat reasons) and when the technician got to town a hour late, he called and said everything was working fine on his end and didn't even come to my home. That wasn't the point, I pay extra for the protection plan and I had just had surgery, when I called and made the appointment I was told that someone would be coming to my house. So I'm paying for internet and a phone that works when they want to, and a protection plan that's not being honored. All this for the low, low price of $107 a month... what a joke!!! All I'm ever told is to upgrade to a bigger package. I get a little over $700 a month, that's right, you already are getting most of it. Plus if I upgrade I will lose three hours of free internet. Why did Exede even do that to their loyal customers? I'm beyond frustrated with my internet that I can go back to game that's offline. I think it's time to take the hint and go full on with no internet. Thanks Exede
