Frustrated that technical support is so hard to get.

Trying to reach out to ViaSat regarding my modem that won't connect. 855-493-9333 is out of service or having technical difficulties.
Tried to chat and no one responds.
Sent an email and the automated return says 24 hours.
So no internet for at least 2 months now and they've raised my rates and the technical service sucks.
Pretty frustrated.
Any ideas on how I can get my problem fixed?

How many times have you tried calling customer service?  Also the correct number is: 855-463-9333.  Maybe you were trying the wrong number?

Send another email to exedelistens@viasat.com and include your phone number, account number, and account email address and see if they respond.  If my service was out for 2 months, I would be calling every day, several times a day, documenting each time.

You can also go to www.wildblueworld.com and click on forums and try posting there for assistance.  First off though, is I would call the 855-463-9333 number again and see if you can get through.

It looks like you are dialing the wrong number, the customer care/tech support number is 855-463-9333 not 855-493-9333 . Please try that number, there are no current technical difficulties so you should get through fine!

I've tried to reach customer support 4 times this morning and twice this afternoon. All my calls were either dropped within a minute of connecting or never made it through to a person. Just a dead phone that went back to a dial tone. I've tried to update my expiration date on my credit card on my.exede.net but I continue to receive a message that it can't complete the task. I'll try the email address listed.
