Frustrated that I have yet to access internet

I am still unable to get internet although all the modem's blue lights are on and my router's lights as well. I have put my computer right next to the modem and router w/o internet. I don't want to continue to pay for service that I have never been able to use. I will be out of town for the next 2 weeks, and will check back but wanted you to be aware of the problem before I left. Thanks.

Plug the modem directly into the computer to see if the router is the issue.

I was going to say same thing. Skip router and plug modem directly into computer.

Agree, try a hardwire to your computer, also check to be sure the wifi is turned on on the computer. Maybe power cycle the modem and router? Will other devices (phone, tablet, etc.)?

I would recommend bypassing the router completely and going directly into the modem. You can also call us at 855-463-9333 and we can troubleshoot with you to make sure you're connected properly and offer assistance.
