Frustrated over Data Usage

Data Usage, I  signed up 6 months ago for plan using 12 gb a month. I have went over that usage every month but last when I was gone for 2 weeks but it was close. I do Facebook daily (instant play on videos turned off) Ebay about 4 hrs a month and search web maybe an hr each month. I do NO videos, I do NO music or radio. I do play one game on facebook that required installing a unity player  and that was installed previous to getting Exede. I explained all this to my installer/rep and was told I would have no problem, WELLLLLL every month I am going over. I am told I have large amount of video streaming? I dont have hulu, netflix ect even downloaded . I have not watched  u tube in 6 months.  What else could be causing this data usage?

I have done all that is described in that link. I even disconnected my wi-fi all together. I use up all my data in 2 weeks and basically am told , buy more data, I have a feeling even with that I would be using my data up. Something does not add up.

Melanie, you should send an email to the Social Media Monitors explaining that you are not sure what might be taking all your data so quickly. These people work for Exede, and have access to many tools to look into what is going on, and are really good at their jobs. You will get much better results than calling by phone, or using the Exede website trying to get help. Send your email to exedelistens@viasat.com and I am sure they will get you some help.
