I had this installed yesterday, I went to check my bill and the user name and password they gave me is incorrect

You will have to call customer support. Make sure you have your account number.

I signed up a few days ago and I don’t think they sent me a username and password. They sent me an installation reminder email that had my account number and a link to use to register for my account. I believe I had to choose my username and password as part of the registration process. How did you get the username and password? Did the installer give it to you? They may have registered you during the installation process.

If you are referring to the password on the little sticker on the modem, that is your WIFI password, not account password. The one that is admin/admin is for router management, again, not for your account.

Hi Laurettea,  if you need your password and username if you are referring to your account. Please call Customer Care at 855.463.9333.  It can be reset. You can also go to account.viasat.com and reset both.

I am not having problems. It is Lauretta who is seeking help. I was replying to her question about the username and password.
