I have been having a problem with phone and internet going out. I have been keeping track the latest was last night 1/24/2017 the internet and phone was out from 10pm until after 11 since I went to bed then. Yes I unplugged and plugged back in numerous times and it does not work. Also when someone tries to call they either get a message that I have no new messages or something with Verizon. when the internet goes out so does the phone yet direct tv is still working. I am getting very very frustrated. I cannot call when this problem occurs because we have no phone. when I do call it takes forever to talk to someone and by then the phone is working.
