Frequent outages

We have had increasing frequency of outages requiring reset of the Exede modem in the past few weeks. Up to 5 outages in the last two day. Exede will not fix it. Why?

I am also tired of their slow internet. I purchased their internet the freedom 150 w/boost 25 every time around 5:30 on slows down to .14to.25 mbps not exceptable all they want me to do is talk to a techie well i have talked to 4 of them with no satisfaction. Tryed to tell me they understand my frushtration they don't have a clue how upset i am i understand there is another satellite up there i sure hope we get switched over
