Question about call center

For a company who has such patriotic plan names, it's really a crime that you have your top level customer support in the Philippines.  If American's don't have jobs, they can't afford internet.

You must be thinking of some other company.  All the customer support for Exede and Wildblue are located in the Continental United States.

Then there are some very confused exceed reps, they told me I'd have to call back Monday to talk to the Philippines to get my internet working properly.

As Steve said, you must have something else because all of Exede's CARE agents are located in the USA!  866-945-3258 should be the number you are calling for Exede.

Hello American Citizen. We are all sourced within the USA. Our main office where I and my other moderators work out of is in Denver and our other call centers are in Texas and Las Vegas. We have no call center in the Philippines, I think you may have contacted the wrong company.
