Free Download Manager Issue

I started using the Free Download Manager last week and it has been great. It allows me to get so much more use of Viasat without consuming billable data.

There is one mysterious anomaly, however. Some of the scheduled downloads do not occur, returning error HTTP Error 403, which means access forbidden. When I access these downloads directly for real time viewing, there are no problems. Access is not denied when Free Download Manager is not involved.

Here is a screen shot of Free Download Manager of what I am describing.
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Best guess is they know what you're doing and look for your browser's HTTP referrer.  That could explain why your browser can do it but the download manager can't.

I would try to contact their support, through the link in the main menu at the upper right of the main window.

ummmm that is why i legit bought the idm... (a.k.a. internet download management) for like 1 year... then... i bought the lifetime license for 1 computer... BUT!!! i have the idm onto my desktop computer... THEN!!! i somehow managed to copy ALL the files off my desktop computer THEN!!! copy them onto my laptop into the same place... it was program files (x86) is where i copied and pasted the same files from the desktop to the same place onto my laptop :3 so yeah :3
