Forgot admin account password

What is the work around when you call in to Care and can not remember the password for the my.exede.net admin account?

Support just won't help if can't remember it.
Been offline for over a day and tried two different support persons (who could barely speak english) and they required the password before they would help me.

Now what, cancel?

Bob,

There are secondary verification methods that the Customer Care agent should use if you don't remember the password.  Note that this password is for the my.exede/account.viasat website, and is seperate from the account password.  Alternate methods would include verifying account information, the last four of the payment method, providing the modem MAC address and others.  

There's also the Forgot my Username/Password link on my.exede.net.
