If that does not help you will need to call Customer Care at 855-463-9333 and have them help you change your password.

When I signed up for service, I didn't even know my username.  Why I didn't just call is beyong me, so instead I opened up a chat window with Exede.  To my surprise, the agent I "chatted" with online, set me up with my username and temporary password in just a few minutes.

There's lots of ways to get your logon information.  I would suggest just giving Exede a call or opening up a chat session.
