Hi Jerry if you go to account.viasat.com you should be able to see the start date of your account and when the 24 month agreement began

I sure don't see it in my account and I checked all the menus I see (on the Dashboard https://account.viasat.com/dashboard).

I cannot find it anywhere in my account dashboard either. In days gone by, it did show up in the MyeSVT tool, as did a bunch of other useful information. Viasat took that tool way from us with only a promise to provide us with something better, but that never happened.

I don't know if this will help, but is there anywhere to look at past invoices?  If so, you should be able to see when your service started by when the first invoice happened, or when the price changed to know when your upgrade happened, if you're in a contract due to that.

I haven't checked for that, but could probably check my bank records. In any case I talked to them yesterday and was surprised to learn that I'm no longer under a commitment. I had a note that I'd made a change in early 2018. I believe that was a change in plans and I didn't realize that (or that one anyway) did create a new 2-year commitment.

Gabe, the account page does allow you to check all invoices. I really don't need to know my start date, since I go back to April 2012 with Viasat/Exede.

Steve's workaround should work. It has your entire billing history so you can see when it first started from your first bill. You can also email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com and we'll find it for you

I figured you knew.  I just meant for those that don't, like the OP.

This is utterly ridiculous, why can't you put contract end date on our account page? Typical Wild Blue!!
Looking at my invoices does not tell me my contract end date. This is a ploy to frustrate the customer so they won’t change providers.
