Hi Jerry if you go to account.viasat.com you should be able to see the start date of your account and when the 24 month agreement began

I sure don't see it in my account and I checked all the menus I see (on the Dashboard https://account.viasat.com/dashboard).

I haven't checked for that, but could probably check my bank records. In any case I talked to them yesterday and was surprised to learn that I'm no longer under a commitment. I had a note that I'd made a change in early 2018. I believe that was a change in plans and I didn't realize that (or that one anyway) did create a new 2-year commitment.

Gabe, the account page does allow you to check all invoices. I really don't need to know my start date, since I go back to April 2012 with Viasat/Exede.

Steve's workaround should work. It has your entire billing history so you can see when it first started from your first bill. You can also email us at viasatlistens@viasat.com and we'll find it for you

I figured you knew.  I just meant for those that don't, like the OP.
