Trouble with internet

I just got this service last tuesday and today has made a week since being with the service, I've been on the phone since day one trying to get my phone and internet fixed and still today nothing has been fixed. So tired of being told call this number call that number. Question is how are you suppose to call when the person you are calling cant hear you, then you go to use someone else's phone and they tell you oh we will get it fixed and does anything get fixed no. I really wish i hadn't signed up with this company because its not what they demonstrate it to be. I will absolutely not recommended this company to anyone!

I dont blame you Angela I've only had this service a week and still have no phone and internet goes on and off . And you can call the company but nothing still gets taken care of. Im looking for another company to switch to cause to me this company is a joke! !

Only if they serve your home. They stopped their cable 1 mile from my home and that was 25 years ago. When I asked why they don't run it up to my house, they told me it would be $10,000, take it or leave it. For now, satellite internet is the best I can get, and Exede is a great provider. I have enjoyed Wildblue, and then Exede internet for over 8.5 years now.

Yep I left at&t because of payment issue . The only thing I can get is DSL service.

DSL is all we can get to they have now verizon out here in the county but its too slow just like this one, but we had hughes.net and it was faster then this one.we use to have hughes even thou i did not like their service either they did not shut us down like exede does...We left on vacation on Sept 30 came back on Oct 7th, I went online and they state we already used our 10 GB data???? We haven't even been home so how'd we do that??? Frustrated

Exede has horrible customer service.  If you know anyone considering Exede, point them to Hughes Net.  10 times better.

negative hughes net is actually worse because you have to deal with overseas people that you can hardly understand everytime you have a problem which was usually more time on the phone than the internet.
