Why do I lose internet connection EVERY evening for 2 to 3 hours and during the day also? I pay $39.95 per month and am unable to use my computer for way too much of the time. This is a relatively new problem but it is extremely annoying and inconvenient. Please correct ASAP.
Best thing to do is when it goes down check the modem status page at 192.168.100.1 and see what it shows if you have all green check marks or if there's errors. Secondly if there are errors you can send screen shots to email@example.com or best option call 1-855-463-9333 when its down so they trouble shoot while its down
