Most definitely with ViaSat 2. Probably just a few months away now.

Lydell, Bradley is right, I expect we will see faster upload and download speeds with Viasat 2, which should be coming online in a few short months.

Upload likely won't change on Viasat 1 but, download should speed up as VS2 takes some of the load off VS1. I expect VS1 to be able to deliver 25 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up the majority of the time once some of its workload is moved to VS2 and, that's going to be a great improvement over what is happening now on most beams.

Yes, it is new technology that didn't exist when Viasat 1 was built and, it has greater capacity as well. It is a faster satellite and, that's gong allow it to provide faster speeds for customers.

I do expect to see faster maximum speeds on VS2 than is possible on VS1 but, 25 Mbps is fast enough for any online activity today. that will likely change in the future but, by then we hope Viasat 3 is ready or nearly ready to go. That's only 3 or maybe 4 years away, assuming all goes well.

I don't expect upload speeds above 5 Mbps ever on Viasat 1 but, on Viasat two, yes, I don't have any numbers, they haven't released that yet, but maybe 10 Mbps or better on Viasat 2.

upload at 3 or 5 mbps with V2? You must be joking! My upload/livestreaming is no better than using dsl (0.7 mbps)
