faster than last night

I get a blazing 0.99mbps tonight, up from last night.  $110/month buys a lot, doesn't it.  Exede cannot service all of their customers and wants toblame us because we all want to use our service at the same time.  I pay for 24/7, I should get 24/7.

My same experience.  The original excuse  was bandwidth.  I increased to a more expensive plan and use less than 50% of my data allowance, but the speed is slower in the evening than when the cap was exceeded.

Well my friends.  I am so sorry you have problems with your download speed.  My speed its so fast I get 1.2 mbps.   Am paying $120.00 dollars for Liberty 150 and honestly,  I do not want to hear of peak times.  That is exede problem.  Give me the service I am paying for.  This is like the old dial up modem. Ridiculous.  Sorry Exede.  YOU ARE THE WORST EVER!

Hello, Robert,  We would love to review your account to determine what is causing your slow speeds.  There are so many reasons for slower speeds until we will need to troubleshoot each account independently. Please send your account information to exedelistens@viasat.com so we can figure out what is causing your speed issue.

Been there, done that.  Your "explanation" is congestion, which translates to you are unable to provide the service you promised.  It's like an airline that overbooks thinking that there will be a couple of cancellations and if there are no seats, the customer can just wait for the next flight.  Don't oversell your capacity.

It is not a valid answer either. Mine is slow too, but when I'm not on Liberty Pass, it runs great. Should run the same all the time and people would stay.

@Robert Spano

HERE is the congestion.
Be sure to click the link at the end of the brag session...
"Learn more about Exede In-Flight Connectivity for Commercial Airlines."

JetBlue gets it's in-flight Internet from exede.

"We have designed a way to offer the same amount of bandwidth to every device," said Jamie Perry, JetBlue's (JBLU) vice president of marketing.

He said a flight from Boston to San Francisco had 190 devices connected at one time. "They could still stream video smoothly."

How nice for JetBlue.  Where did the bandwidth come from?  Ummm.. no, let me guesss...  US, you and me, the residential customers, all 670,000 of us.

It's not just JetBlue. Virgin America, United, and EL AL, ViaSat in-flight internet service is coming soon to American Airlines, Qantas, Finnair, and SAS

The value of locking a client in for 24 months with unfullfilled promises is a great way to make complaining a costly adventure.

If I pay for a service, I expect it.  Exede failed to provide a service we pay for.  I pay $120.00 dollars a month for Liberty 150, and yet, I have NEVER reached 50 percent of my data usage.  I wonder, is Hughes Net the same, or is it better?  Thinking on dumping exede. My download speed is 1.7 mbps.   Hmm, I am really concerned about this company.  Are there any complaints in Better Business Bureau?  Have to check that.
