Failure to comply with back to Zero policy.

I have been recording my usage since June first, 2015 and never do I see it come back to zero like you state it will every 30 days. Today is Sept. 8, 2015. The lowest I have recorded is 19.5%.
Why is this?

Are you on Exede or Wildblue?

Exede data resets monthly,

Wildblue uses a rolling 30 day data measurement, which would only reset to zero if you do not use your internet for more than 30 days.
