F-Secure renewal

I called 866-905-6768 on 1/17/2016 and requested an F-Secure renewal key code. Was told it would take 3 days and to call back. I called twice today and got disconnected both times. Decided to wait until tonight so phone traffic would be slower. I got connected to some person who was not even with Wildblue and knew nothing of F-Secure, therefore he could not find my account. Called back two more times and couldn't get the call to go through. What's going on??????????

I have been trying to set upĀ  my f- secure; but cant. no help fr them at exede either.
