I have Exede12 with 15gb of data a month been with Exede over 2 years. Lately I have been experiencing very slow speeds starting in the afternoon all the way to late nights 3-4am. When I say slow speeds I am talking 1-5mbits. When I call in I am told its do to congestion. I find this unacceptable not ever getting half of what I use to get. Calling in about the problem is even more of a nightmare all together I made over 10 calls yesterday sending over 4 hours on the phone on hold or calling in because the phone system kicks you off. I have refered a client and they are having the same speed sisuess .
