Extremely slow

The last few days have been a nightmare. Extremely slow connection and most websites will not load at all. I cannot even access my email which is not good for someone with a home business.

Do you have Gig's in your Current Data Usage box here: https://myexede.force.com/dashboard
Add some more details to help resolve your issues. Is your connection new? Did it work before? Has any thing changed lately, weather, software, and so on??

I've only used 5.1 of 10 gigs and it will reset in a couple of days. This has happened in the past and then gets better after a few days. We actually were contacted by exede at one time and they had service men come out and do something with the satellite. Fixed it for awhile.
