We are well within our data allowance, weather is perfectly clear with no clouds, it is the middle of the day when there are not many people using the system and I am consistently getting 3.3 or 3.5 mbps upload and download speeds. This is ridiculous.
Hi E, I would like to review your account and figure out why your speeds seem to be so slow. It may be to congestion,based on the time of day you are using it. During the times of heaviest usage on the network — usually from about 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. — your Liberty Pass speeds will be much slower than at other times of the day.
