My data just reset on 11/4/15. I checked my usage and by 7am, just 2 hours after the free data period, it shows that I've used 2.4GB of data! This is impossible. Any downloads are scheduled and my computer, using Windows 10, the wifi connection is set as metered so it doesn't use that much data. Something is wrong!
I sent this to the help desk and got a canned reply that was worse than useless as it showed that they didn't bother to read my issue or do any research.
My issue is that in less than 2 hours, your meter showed that I used
over 2GB of data. I did not use that much data, as I have everything set to download during the free zone and it's been working fine. So unless your servers did not update for the end of daylight savings time, which would make my downloads go an hour into the paid data, then your usage tracker has a problem.

Hello Jason,

Sorry to hear about the data consumed not within the time of your scheduled free zone. Rests assure our network did update with daylight savings. I'd be happy to review your account details and review your usage categories to figure out what happen with the consumption. Please send your account and contact info to exedelistens@viasat.com. Thank you
