This has been the worst internet experiance we have ever had. Called to ask for more gigs they tack on another two year contract.We have to move oversees and needed to cancel instead of the 9 months that I actually would have owed they find a slick way to ad on 8 more months for us to owe. Our contract honestly had till July 2015 I was willing to pay these people will screw you over and take advantage of you be ware. If you ask for extre gigs you will get another 24 month contract that you are not informed about. Think real hard before you go with Excede

How did you discover this? I got 5 extra last month and I've been paid up for over a year. I want to check this out.

If you are going overseas pursuant to military orders you cannot be held to the balance of your contract. Talk to your base legal officer if you have any problems that cannot be resolved by sending a copy of your orders to Exede Customer Service. Get familiar with the Soldiers, Sailors, and Airmen Civil Relief Act.

Hi Richard we do have customers that have had orders to go over seas or move because of Military Duty we do take care of any fees on the account. Customers just have to fax in the order and we get it taken care of. =)
