Explain high usage

How can I use 3/4 of my allotted data in 3 days. Chat person could not tell me a reason and they had no way of knowing. I have only normal internet pages, e-mail, NO STREAMING Your service is basically useless if you can't explain why you are showing so much usage.

Be careful what you ask for. For Viasat to break down your usage they would have to monitor all your devices and how much and what type data you're using. Do you really want them snooping through all your data? What plan do you have and how much is your allowance? Log into your modem and look at all the devices connected. Are there any unknown devices using your data as in a neighbor connected to your wifi? Do you connect your Dish or DirecTV receiver to load program information? That uses up data. Purchase a router with a traffic analyzer and run everything through it and it will tell you where your data is going.
