experiencing intermitent service

For past several weeks except for several hours mid-day, I have had no internet service.
Can you fix this ?

I will 3rd this topic as mine was out the other morning for about 5 hours, also data is rapidly disappearing once agin without being used(I unplug lan cable from the back of modem)
