Exede's Data Usage equipment has got to be faulty. I see that many other customers have had unexpected surprises. Has anyone contacted the FCC? I tried to resolve a problem with Customer Service this morning but my experience was horrible. It's a case of the Customer is wrong and Exedeis right. I've been a long time customer whom they will lose but Exedeneeds to know their meters should get inspected just as gas pumps do. I can't believe how badly they treat customers. I've never experienced such from a company spend money on !
