Unexplained usage

Exede's Data Usage equipment has got to be faulty. I see that many other customers have had unexpected surprises. Has anyone contacted the FCC? I tried to resolve a problem with Customer Service this morning but my experience was horrible. It's a case of the Customer is wrong and Exedeis right. I've been a long time customer whom they will lose but Exedeneeds to know their meters should get inspected just as gas pumps do. I can't believe how badly they treat customers. I've never experienced such from a company spend money on !

Larry not for one minute am I going to tell you that Exede's metering might be faulty but a few steps I've found extremely helpful in cutting down unexplained usage is downloading a (free) program called Adblock Plus though there are other similar ones out there and turning off all the autoplay features in any social media you use and on your computer so no ads or news clips or whatever chew up your data unless you want to view them. In addition another free program you can download is Superantispyware that allows you to sweep all that garbage out of your computer daily with the added benefit of keeping up your computing speed without all that crap bogging u down. All I can say is it helped me alot. Good luck
