You called my house this AM and left a message - apparently all that happened is that you changed my password. The page is still messed up. I keep posting the same thing over and over and no one seems to be reading it fully. I'll repeat it here once again while I wait for Customer Service to finally respond on the telephone. The usage is still not fixed.

Problem with Usage Meter - There is still a problem but now it has compounded!


What in the world is going on? It has been 24 hours and finally my page has changed - sort of only now it is still not reflecting that I have any time. What is with the 1GB? I have the Evolution package and am supposed to have 5GB for other than email and web browsing....at least that is what I signed up for....or am I mistaken? I explained what occurred in my original post but some how now things are totally messed up. Let's try again: Why does this say 1GB under the Buy More tab? I didn't buy more - what I was told on Aug 17 was that a supervisor from Customer Service did that to just get the system jump started since it wasn't recognizing that A. It was the day after my normal roll over date and I should not have been marked as over my limit and B. that I was now on the Evolution package. Would/could someone PLEASE fix this? I am honestly trying to be patient - mistakes happen but this has been one mess after another and it doesn't seem as though it should be that big of a deal to make it right.

Finally after three attempts (disconnected twice) I reached someone via telephone at Customer Service. She really worked hard to try to resolve this but had to turn it over to the Tech Department. She said the problem is supposed to be corrected in three days. I am slightly more hopeful than I was a few hours ago. This agent was able to see what the problem was and that it definitely needed to be fixed. I am very grateful for her assistance.

I am still waiting. You and another employee have sent me an emails and said you would update me but as of yet nothing. For a simple fix it's been quite a long time.

Well, I keep checking and they still haven't fixed it. I first reported this variation of the problem on the 26th - this was my 2nd post at that time. However my very first post about the problems with my account was 5 days ago and the problem had been reported to the technical service department well before that. I'm sorry to be the squeaky wheel here but I really would appreciate being able to monitor my usage. Is someone really working on this?

I posted a while back that it was fixed but it may have been to another post. Thank you for inquiring. It has been fixed for about 3 weeks :-)
