EXEDE SUCKS - My husband was diagnoised with stage 4 cancer yesterday I have called for weeks trying to get them to come out as we has been having problems for the past 2 months and I keep calling asking them to send someone out but they refuse and i keep getting disconnected when trying to use the satalite phone and I get kicked off the internet every 5 minutes and yes I have a brand new router that we bought in november - it is the piece of crap box or the satalite dish and I will not let my husband go on the roof to check it!! Excede doesn't care about anything except getting thier money!
