Our internet has normally rebooted for the past year or so at 11 PM EST for free zone, and the past few days the bumped it up to 12. My GB usage went up without watching videos, games, music, anything. I'm a completely appalled with this service and do not recommend it for anyone. My GB usage went up to 10 just for roaming websites alone. I pay $60.64 a month for this crap? Also recently it's keep bringing me to Installation Provision Portal asking for customer code and deactivating all other websites until I give them the code. I went to Customer Service Only Chat, and they refused to give me it. I'm pissed off.
