Just received Exede voice. I went from Verizon land line to this. Bad mistake. Everything is delayed when talking and cuts out. I have the internet that works great. When I ordered this I was not informed about the voice. We have a business and this is  unacceptable phone service. I have called several times. Told I was locked into a 6 month contract with voice. Was not informed of this when I ordered this service. I had to go back to Verizon. I am waiting for them to transfer back to them. Now I have to pay a fee of $60.00. So everyone beware of the Exede Voice it SUCKS! Think twice before changing you phone service to them.

It really is difficult to talk with a half second delay. I have a friend that says "over" when he finishes a sentence to keep from talking over each other. I'm really up in the air whether I keep it or not - probably not. I have a couple of months left on my contract. Trying to use it for a business phone could be a real problem. If you explain that to them maybe they would be kind enough to let you out of the contract.

I have had Exede Voice for a year and a half now, and have no problems with the voice breakups or delays in the conversations. The only delay I have is that one must wait about a half second after answering before the call can go through. The voice quality is far better than that which I had with my Verizon land line, that was often loaded with static, even worse after a rainstorm. I guess not everyone likes the Exede Voice.

when one person has perfect service on a service where pretty much everyone else has multiple complaints and problems... i begin to wonder if that one person is either very very lucky... or in the pay of the company he is bragging on...Ill assume Steve is very very lucky.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the quality of exede voice service varies from location to location, just the way download and upload speeds vary a whole lot from place to place....someone recently did a very nice job of explaining what "jitter" is and how much that factor can affect VOIP service....and jitter is definitely a variable factor.....so Steve doesn't have to be either a sneaky exede "plant" or very lucky person, it might have to do with where he lives as opposed to where I live.

I have voice I get a call I can hear them but they can't hear me whats up with that

You need to call Exede Voice customer service, they can help get that fixed.

so far Exede is quick to want payment, and still can not activate the Voice portion.
