At least once a day I need to reset my exede router to get my exede voice phone to work. I will go to use the phone and have no dial tone. My internet will be working fine, but the phone is not. Any solutions?
Your router should be connected down stream for the Exede Voice box. You are probably talking about resetting your Exede modem. If you are sure that you have the voice box connected per the instructions on the website, then you need to contact the moderators by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your account number and a phone number.
I had the same issue but had to reboot hourly, call the help number for the voice team and you will tell them your issue and be told that they need to transfer you to the voice team, you will tell the same story and will be sent to tech support for voice. Make sure you are ready for a long wait to get an answer that they are aware of the issue and have been for the last month and have no fix. I ended up cancelling the service that I had for about five days.
