Exede voice not working

Exede voice isnt working voip light isnt on.

If you are on beam 332, ESVT claims there is a partial outage right now. (that is the Ark-LA-Tex area more or less.) Mine is working at the moment but, it's been flaky for the last couple of hours. Looks like maintenance but, could be weather too.

Unplug the voice adapter, then the modem. Wait two or three minutes then, plug the modem in, wait for it to get back online, then plug the voice adapter back in. If you have a WiFi Modem, turn off the computer, disconnect the computer or router and turn the router off too then power cycle the modem. once it is back online, connect and power up the router, then the computer. (skip router part if you don't have one.)

If that doesn't help, call customer service from a cell or other phone if you can. 855-463-9333 is the number.
