Exede Voice billing issues

When I click the Exede Voice billing detail I get a pop up window saying "Loading CDR details" and then it provides me with some call usage details. However, unlike like all my other Telephone, cell phone bills, I cannot PRINT this data. 

Secondly, and perhaps even more important is you only provide 10 entries which this month totaled less than the total VOIP dollar number (So not ALL calls are presented)..

Thirdly, more of a "nit" the "Duration" column is labelled "(Min.)" and obviously the data presented is in "seconds". 

Yes, it has always been like this since I started Exede Voice and I did mentioned these three things to one of your representatives shortly after starting Exede Voice but nothing has changed so now, since I have some time, I am trying to give the same feed back again via the Forum.

Hello Charles, the information which is provided to you through your invoice CDR details is merely a brief summary of your voice data. If you need additional call statement details only we can provide you that type of information. You more than welcome to call our Voip Care at 855.463.9333 for a requested call print if needed. I don’t believe there are any plans to change this processes.  Thank you

Well thanks for the prompt reply but I don't like the answer.

For Exede voice to provide only part of the call detail (limited to 10 calls!!!), not to offer a print facility and finally to actually wrongly list the call duration as Minutes instead of Seconds is totally unprofessional.

You are wasting my and your time by providing full call details only by talking to "VOIP care" . Please escalate these issues to a decision maker in your company who can realize that unless online information is complete and accurate it will cause customer dissatisfaction and potentially a lot of extra costs to Exede by providing this information manually.
