Exede switched parents' Evolution plan to 5GB

My parents signed up for Exede last December, the Evolution plan. As they were current wildblue customers, they were told the data cap was 10GB, and this was confirmed by checking the Returning Customers page of the website. The Exede employee that processed their sale put them on the 15GB promo, and we were immediately worried that it would drop to 5GB (which is what was quoted for new customers).

We emailed Exede, and got a response from Exede Kimberly confirming that all Evolution plans are now 10GB, and they will drop to 10GB when the promo is over. We were relieved.

Now, however, my parents see their data cap online as only 5GB. What's going on? I hope this is a temporary glitch, because the only reason they picked the plan was given that they'd have 10GB to work with (Not that 10GB is great, but 5GB is absurdly low). They were so happy with Exede up to this point and now we feel like they may have been taken for a ride about what would happen when the 15GB promo ended.

I also emailed exedelistens on their behalf on Thursday and have not heard any kind of response... that's a bit concerning too!
