I recently was having problems with my internet coming and going. I placed a call to Exede and was told that my satellite needed realigning. They sent a technician by the name of Cary out and I was very pleased with his handling of my problem. He determined that trees had grown and were blocking my signal. This was on a Friday and he advised me that if I contacted Exede and signed up for the protection plan that it would cover moving my dish. I did as suggested and the person I spoke with, Kirk, was also very helpful and got me signed up with no problem. On Monday Cary was back and got my dish moved to a more suitable location and I'm no longer experiencing the outages. I was very pleased with the entire transaction.
