Everytime Exede screws up an automatic payment, then cuts our service, and I have to get on the phone to make a payment, they cause me to look for better service. Today I looked for, then called for an address so I could set up an automatic payment with my bank that Exede couldn't screw up. Nope. Can't do that. So, I did the next best thing. Paid four months in advance. But still, what after that four months. And it just pisses me off when I get to my home office and spend 2 hours getting back online because the folks at Exede have failed to take the payment.
