Trouble with payment, service

Everytime Exede screws up an automatic payment, then cuts our service, and I have to get on the phone to make a payment, they cause me to look for better service.   Today I looked for, then called for an address so I could set up an automatic payment with my bank that Exede couldn't screw up.  Nope.  Can't do that.   So, I did the next best thing.  Paid four months in advance.   But still, what after that four months.  And it just pisses me off when I get to my home office and spend 2 hours getting back online because the folks at Exede have failed to take the payment.

I have been a Wildblue, then an Exede subscriber since April 2008. I have never had any problems with my automatic payments, using a valid credit card that is on file with ViaSat.

Yeah they done me the same way i am dropping them after this month and i am get some other internet they won't do me that way no more .....

had the same issue I have directv and they informed me that I could now get u verse instead of exede with unlimited data and land line at half the price I was paying. so....we switched much better service very happy
