Trouble with data usage

I signed up on the Freedom Intro plan for 6 months, and when I dropped to the Evolution plan my service became horrible and Exede claimed I was using up all of my data. Considering I only used 7 gig the first month and that t hey tell you that you can't see your own usage, they appear to be running a scam on their customers to force them to buy more data. When I called they told me I used the bulk of my data on a Friday (I was at work, so not even possible) and stated that I was using email, web surfing and movies...These people are liars and I would suggest anyone else having this problem go online to the FCC site and file a complaint. If you can see your cell usage, why can't you see your satellite usage?

I'm really sorry for all the frustration with our service. We are working on a more informative meter for our customers to help them review and monitor their usage on myexede.net. As it is now it just tells you how much data was used in your billing cycle, so we hope to be more informative when we launch the new meter. I think I have found the problem. I found an article someone posted about Apple Icloud. Shut down everything dealing with the Apple iCloud program. It constantly uses data in the background without your knowledge. I closed everything down on our iPhones and our PCs and now we're back to normal usage, for now.....
