So many complaints! I Like to add some more: I keep being punished for supposedly exeding the 10GB I am to be able to use with my plan, my wife uses the Chrome book for checking facebook, weather and on-line TV guide afew hours per week I use the computer for ocassioanlly ordering from Amazon and checking e mails, fewer time usage than my wife, I do use the ROKU to download movies only between 12:00 PM and 5:00 AM, which is not supposed to count towards the 10 GB, the last billing cycle according to Exede I exausted my 10 GB on 1 day, talked to their customer service, they told that a lot of customers get their router password compromised and someone else is downloading without my knowledge, If they have that many customers complaining about the same issues, why aren't they providing the routers and taking over their security just like ATT? or cable companies I THINK THIS COMPANY IS STEALING GBs FROM ME AND OTHERS LIKE ME IN THE HOPE THAT WE PURCHASE ADDITIONAL GBs. DID YOU KNOW ALSO THAT THEY OFFER NEW CUSTOMERS THE SAME GBs FOR HALF THE PRICE! I FIRMLY BELIEVE THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN LESS THAT TWO YEARS, I JUST SAW IN AMAZON A ROUTER YOU CAN BUY WITHOUT GB LIMTS FOR ONLY $ 50.00 PER MONTH. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL HELP STINKS, SINCE IT IS ALWAYS THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT, DID A FULL COMPUTER SACN AND CHANGED MY ROUTER TO A SECURIFI "ALMOND" RATHER THAQN CHANGING MY PASSWORD SINCE THEIR SECURITY IS UNREPROCHEABLE, I WONDER WHAR EXEDE WILL COME UP WITH NEXT TIME!
