My service was out for 13 out of 17 days, and Exede claims that I was using data. They are ripping me off, and I am going to continue to complain until I put this company out of business. THEY ARE ALL LIARS AT EXEDE. Run, don't EVER use this service.

Sheila,  As we discussed in our conversation ,your data was not used by Exede. We are not able to do that. We do our best to support and help our customers.

Your service shows no data usage from 3/18-3/25/16 and no data was counted. On 3/26/16 data was used again. If you allow me to continue to work with you on this issue I'm positive we can resolve it. Your patience is appreciated.

Sheila do you have data monitoring software running so you know how much data your using and when? You should have something there are alot of options out there but I recommended something at the router level. Hope that helps
