My Exede service was completely useless last night during the LNFZ. At around 1:30 AM pages started not loading, VOIP stopped working, even Google's main page wouldn't load. The modem status showed that everything was fine and connected. Tech support said it was due to heavy congestion. I tried again at around 7AM and still nothing was working even though the modem status page showed everything in the green. If congestion is indeed the problem, then Exede needs to eliminate the LNFZ for beams that are full or over capacity. I've been with Exede since the start and have really noticed a downgrade in performance the last few months. I'm no longer a satisfied customer.
