Exede: Low On Memory

I am having problem with the internet always getting low on memory client side proxy statistics. My browser running too slow and can’t even streaming the video.

You need to contact Viasat, preferably by calling 855-463-9333 SOMETIMES resetting the modem using the app or Easy Chat on Facebook will TEMPORARILY clear the low memory message but, that is something only Viasat can fix permanently.

When you call support, make it clear that you need tier 2 support to contact you, even if a reset does clear it temporarily. They need to take a look and, it may require a service call. Mine ultimately did have to be repaired on site when I had the same issue.

The cause was several things combined, a small, not visible to me w/o magnifier, break in the cable housing, corrosion in connections at the TRIA and, TRIA not delivering peak performance. The Technician on the service call corrected all of those things and, I got much better speeds and, no more low memory message.

This happens to me ever once in a great while and all I ever have to do is unplug the modem for a few minutes and it's cleared up next boot
