Exede got the most, worst customer service I have ever deal with. I have to called in twice to try to get a billings issues resolve and still is not resolve. The second time I called to speak with a supervisor and he sound like a 13 year old boy, who feel like he hates his job and don't really know anything about the business. I have switch now to Xfinity (Comcast) for my internet services and I'm very happy. I have post my frustration on almost every website out there letting consumer know how bad Exede is, and I told all my friends and family also. Excede can't compete with all the other internet services companies out there.
