The fact that you and your admin staff here feel the need to change the subject lines of our posts is absolutely telling. You are clearly trying to make less of our problems and white wash the fact that you guys have a serious issue that is costing customers serious money JUST to be online at all.
LOOK AT THE REALITY OF THE PROBLEM HERE. SEVERAL POSTS, SAME PROBLEM.
I GENUINELY hope that this becomes a lawsuit. We are talking about an obvious issue with your service eating up data and you dont have any explanation when its clearly a new issue for so many customers that have had absolutely no problems up until very recently.
I look forward to your response here. Can not wait. Bring on the canned answers.
