Unhappy with new plan

Exede is the worst internet that I have ever experienced. I talked to someone less than 2 weeks ago, because my internet was so slow that I was trying to cancel my service.  This person said that she could upgrade my package, which would cost more. I told her that I was not interested in paying more, so she promised me a $10 discount, a $20 discount, and also a $15 credit. I get  my bill, and none of the discounts are on there... I have a conf# and everything! When I call, of course none of them show up on my account and i'm expected to pay more than double what I normally pay per month with a smaller package! So I try to downgrade to the package that I originally had, and of course I can't due to the disclosures. The only reason why I upgraded is because I was promised a lesser price. I will be canceling my service as soon as possible and WILL NOT recommend Exede to anyone EVER!
