Exede is the worst company via sat is trash please nobody make deals with them

Hey guys good afternoon im back to tell u guys that the agent diana didnt help me at all they never contact me back like they said they where i had to call them constantly they finally said the money was gonna be on my account friday today is Friday and isnt there i guess i got lie by exede one more time ima take this reports to the police office

Refunds/credits usually take at least three to five working days to be posted to a bank account or card.  Much of this is on the bank and not solely on the entity issuing the refund.

I've been lied to from the beginning my cost jump 20$ from what I was told they wouldn't fix another mistake even though it was their fault admission they owned up to I had to eat it just waiting to get out of contract would rather have dailup

Hey how you gonna read my review and then try to send me a link to open a new service what part of i just want my money back and i dont wanna have nothing do with ya guys you don’t understand nobody make business with via sat exede

Yesterday this lady! From corporate call me to disrespect me she was the one who did the refund on july 31
To an account that was closed 4 months ago
She didnt call me to make sure of the situation
I told customers service that the account was no longer active on may
Is her fault that i dont have my money
Isnt my problem she didnt contact customer service or she didnt read the notes
Where. It say dont do refund to this account is no longer active
She call me to disrespect me yesterday
And didnt give options to explain my situation now me as constumer gotta be rob of 325$ dollars because of this lady fault from corporate exede is trash they do nothing to help you out!

I've been with Viasat for 10+ years and am happy with the service and their customer support. Sure I wish they offered more data and faster speeds, but that's the price I pay for living in the woods.

I wish I lived in the woods. I’d be a lot happier but I live two miles outside from a DSL zone. Sucks. That may have a little t do with my anger.

I'm confused.  Tim does realize that if he moves into the woods, he will be even farther from a DSL zone?  Correct?

Ya I do. I don’t live in the woods. I live in more of a semi rural area. So close to dsl. I would be happier in the woods because I would probly have more to do in there than use internet.

And Jim16 my complaints are legit not ignorant.
